I bought an HP computer with Windows 7 two weeks ago and it came with the trial NIS 2011.
I began seeing the sxstrace.exe message yesterday and decided to go ahead and purchase the product.
Now I cannot get Nortons running period, even after reinstalling twice.
It kept saying something about problems with side to side? I went into the event log but have no clue exactly what to do there.
I've googled and googled and now I am here.
People have apparently had this issue but I have found no concrete way of repairing.
Please help. Thanks.
