Is this a for real third party cookie from Symantec? Why third party, why not first party? I read where it says it isn't a secure cookie! Maybe it isn't really from Symantec.. I've read other post that suggest that most cookies are not harmful! This might not be but better to ask first.. The Data and Compact Policy fields might mean something to someone..
