Symantec customer service are we being ignored do they only answer when it suits them?

not sure where to begin with the customer service symantec is providing was asking about the Legitimate Business Badge and not one of them new what it was some did not even unerstand that it existed not only that they kept wanting to connect to my computer to resolve an issue with norton safe web anyways i added the post

thinking someone would respond to it from the norton safe web team but there has been no responce yet although someone at XRM-Norton Escalation EMEA <Norton_Escalation_EMEA@symantec.com> when I called before that told me that the Legitimate Business Badge costs millions of dollars to get I dont think that is true if thats the case I might as well just stick with McAfee Secure as it only cost about £1000 for 2 years for my company website  

 

if thats the case then symantec are only willing to verify legitimate bussinesses that have millions of dollars where as that is not really fare to a company like my self who turns over a small amout (£500.000) a year gross with loads of overheads etc..

 

well what is the situation symantec or norton will I and everyone else in the world get an answer as some point in time or we just being ignored ?? cause its quite upsetting considering that my company pays to use your services every year and I have recommended you to loads of people in the past 10 years if not more
