'Symantec Drmc' in scheduled tasks

Hello, I found the item 'Symantec Drmc' in my windows xp scheduled tasks folder.  Please can someone explain what 'Symantec Drmc' actually does?

 

I find it rather unusual that there is no information about this item elsewhere on the internet.
