Hi mrbutt89,
I am sorry that you have this problem.
Could you please tell me what e-mail client (product and version such as Outlook 2003, etc.) you use? Could you please also give me "Incoming mail (POP3)" and "Outgoing Mail (SMTP)" settings from your e-mail client configuration.
I hope I will be able to find a solution for this problem.
Thank you very much,
Victor Kaminsky

Hi Victor. Thanks for offering to help. The versions are as follows:
Windows XP (Home Edition), SP3
Microsoft Outlook 2002, SP3
Incoming Mail (POP3): pop.dsl.pi...... etc. (I'm wary about typing it in full, please message me if you need the full version!), Advanced setting 110
Ougoing Mail (SMTP): smtp.dsl.pi...... etc. , Advanced setting 25
Timeout set to 1 minute
Connection via LAN
I hope this is of use. If you need any more details, please let me know.
Kind regards and thanks in advance for anything you can do,
Matthew
Hi Matthew,
Could you please send me "Ougoing Mail (SMTP)" setting in a private message. To send me a private message click on my id on the left of this message and on the next page click on "Send this user a private message" link on the right side of the page.
That would be a great help if you are able to locate a message Outlook stuck on while sending. In case you are able to locate it, could you please give me an attachment (or attachments). In this case I might be able to reproduce the problem in house.
Thank you very much,
Victor Kaminsky
