Symantec Endpoint Protection - Bloodhound.Exploit.139

It looks like Symantec Endpoint Protection is a serious part of this problem: The  Bloodhound.Exploit.139 is apparently multiplying and the antivirus software in concert with this annoying bloodhound boggs down my laptop while is identifying the threat and then quarantine it and almost deems my laptop useless. Even opening the antispy log locks down the pc. Of course, the definitions are up to date and the sofware also. What the **** is happening here? This  Bloodhound.Exploit.139 is supposed to be coming out of the Office 2003, which I don't have, I have Office 2007.

I cannot find anything on the net that addresses this problem. It is supposed to be old and harmless thing, but it is not on my machine. It looks that nuking the HD with the fresh OS installation will be the ultimate solution to this. And of course, stay away from this bad Symantec product...
