Symantec Endpoint Removal

I need to remove SEP. i understand removal must be done with Cleanwipe, which can be had only by calling Symantec. I am deaf, so I can't call. How can I lay hold of Cleanwipe? Is there another way to remove SEP?

The exact question your asking is:  How to get CleanWipe?

(cough cough)

 

Notice the term says "get" and not "obtain" and I said it was on the symantec forum.

Appreciate that i should get it but i searched the FORUM and also attempted to ask SUPPORT but had no luck - suggestions?

 

i need to remove SEP so i can add NS360 on a W7
