Symantec Error Reporting has stopped working

Symantec Error reporting keeps running.  It won't stop and I can't stop it.  It doesn't open a window, and I don't have clearance to end the process (I'm administrator account, what's up with this?).  It sucks up 20% of my CPU, and has run multiple instances at the same time.  Help.

I have the same message. I'm using Internet Security 2011 under Windows Vista. It can happen 5 minutes after I boot or several hours after booting (usually sooner).
