Apparently, I was just searching through the internet and I stumbled another forum from Symantec.
1. https://forums.symantec.com/syment/ - My Norton Toolbar says that this site is Norton Authenticated...
And the one we are currently using...
2. http://norton.lithium.com/norton/ - So, I assume this is fake? But Symantec doesn't know it?
So which one is the official Symantec Forum?
Ok, it sounds pretty weird but am I talking to fake Symantec employees or the official one - or am I asking the questions to unofficial Symantec employees and users?
I'm going to post this on both sites and see what each one says about the other site. So, if you (this site) is being fradulent or unofficial I'll report this site to Symantec right away using my Norton Toolbar which I assume so... Lol...
I have to assume that this site is fake for the moment...
I have evidence that this may be true...
1. It's behind the lithium.com address.
2. The other site is Norton Authenticated and this one says Phishing Protection on. So, I assume Symantec doesn't know that site is unofficial or whatever it maybe?
3. The other site uses encryption which is signed by VeriSign Class 3 Public Primary CA and this has no encryption.
Well, nice try for trying to copy official Symantec forums and linked it to the official Symantec site, but I'm 95% sure that is fake...
Pretty funny, but I made an account on the fake site... 
Or am I giving you clues on how to improve your site so that it looks very official and I can't tell the difference in the future? I'm sorry Symantec Corporation (not you people lol), but I'll report the site to alert other people...
