I recently renewed my subscription to "Norton Internet Security 2012" by paying full rupees 1999. I used express option. But now I discover that I can get the same thing including utilities in rupees 1534.99. Why do Norton/Symantec charge more when somebody already has a subscription. I feel cheated. I have resolved that from next year onwards, I am not going to buy anything from Symantec.

Welcome
As many here have found out, you can get better pricing for your Norton products by shopping elsewhere, and using the product key from your purchase to renew your subscription.
If you purchased your renewal within the last 60 days, you can contact Norton support and ask for a refund. They may even be able to match the other offer, but no guarantee on that.
Be sure you have bought your new product at a price you are happy with before you do this, or you will have no protection until you do.
The easiest way to contact Support is by the online chat found here.
I contacted support and they increased the validity by 6 months. An amicable solution.
Good to hear another happy customer.
