If you look at your Norton Product, you will notice that Pulse Updates for Norton 2009 and Newer Products will be Older than ten minutes, and, in the Norton Tasks, Pulse Updates will have "Failed to Complete" next to it. Please be advised that symantec will be having Server Issues or may be Updating the Server. Please do not worry because symantec will be working to get this Fixed/Updated as soon as possible. Thank-you.
