Symantec Service Framework has encountered a problem and has to close error message. It occurs at start up and keeps popping up after you click send report or not. Tried Norton Remove and Reinstall tool, but it always freezes before its finished. System Works (11) now won't start and I get need to update error message. I tried to up date SW by the link but it only looks at NIS 2013 which is updated and says I have the current version. Un installed NIS through add/remove but after reinstalled the same error message appears. Opened a Case and Norton customer service remotely tried to solve the issue. It looked like it was going to work but when I restarted the same error message appears. Any ideas?
