Symantec Service Framework has stopped working

Help!

 

I receive the following error message about once a week.

 

Symantec Service Framework has stopped working.

(see below for more details) 

 

After this error message occurs, my Outlook does not work and I have to reboot. I have Vista Ultimate, Outlook 2007, and Norton Internet Security 16.2.07.

 

Is there a fix for this?
