Symantec Service Framework Stopped working

NAV 2011 crashed during a full reputation scan. There are no details in NAV's history, but Windows has some info (see below). If NAV automatically creates crash dumps/logs I'd be happy to send them in if the Norton boffins need them and can tell me where to find them on my system.
