Symantec tech staff

I was down setting up my brother's pc yesterday which has Norton Internet Security installed.While running a full scan the NIS disappeared without warning.I contacted Symantec through the live chat feature and was talking to a techie within 5 minutes.This techie then set about correctly fixing the issue.I run N360 on my pc and I often see negative posts regarding the tech staff however this is the third time now that I have had success.A year ago the support that Symantec offered was frankly deplorable however there has been a dramatic improvement in recent months(in my opinion) and I would like to give Symantec a massive pat on the back.Thank you.
