I recently found my PC the victim or two different types of Trojan virus. Although my version of Norton scanned and Identified the threat I need technical help to resolve the issue. He told me what he was doing as he remoted into my pc, everystep of the way, and answered all of my questions, (even the stupid ones). A positive experience with online technical assistance from some other companies, has been rare. This companies support has been excellent.
