I realize this is an odd question. However I want to get a anti-virus program (left over paranoia from my PC days, I'm a recent Mac convert), and on the PC side I always entrusted symantec to protect my machines.
The issue is, NAV 11 has been around for years and I see the PC version of Norton got leaner and faster. With snow leopard on the horizon (sooner rather than later hopefully), is a new version being released for that or will NAV 11 be updated for compatibility? I'm holding off on purchasing until Snow Leopard releases and then viewing my options, I was just wondering what symantec's future plans for the Mac is as it seems to be getting less attention than the PC side (rightfully so, because of the bigger market and such; I get it).
