I don't know who to turn to, Norton, HP, Microsoft, or Dell. I get a blue screen with SYMEFA>SYS PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. When recovering Windows gives a bunch of BCP codes and does a minidump. This might be related to a USB drive (HP v125w 16 gb flash) that doesn't work on my Dell XPS 420 running Vista Home Premium or it may coincidental. Since A lot of you think it's related to NIS I thought I'd drop a note here and see what happens.

Background:
Has been happening for the past several weeks on my wife’s computer. My laptop runs fine. I first saw the blue screen when I put a new HP 16GB flash drive into the USB port. Coincidence? I am also running a WD external hard drive as back-up (FYI). There isn’t any pattern to when the blue screen appears although it does it every time I plug in the 16GB flash, so I don’t do that now. The Windows error message checks for updates but doesn’t report anything back or prompt me to send to Microsoft.
Blue Screen Text:
