Syncchainsolutions popups on right side of screen. i.e. suspicious file detected. Click here, etc.
Cannot close them.
Is Norton Safe Web extension catching this or is Norton itself showing it in history? You can press Ctrl+Alt+Delete at the same time then open Task Manager. Stop all your browsers processes and reboot. That should close them. Norton safeweb shows that link as suspicious.
I would also run Malwarebytes to make sure things are nice and clean.
