For many years I have used a number of MAGIX video and music programs, many of which I have upgraded over the years.
I am though currently having a problem with a recently installed new version of a MAGIX program that I have used for a few years, and in contact with their Customer Support, they have asked me to download and run their own syscheck., the link being in their email response to my query, in order that they can try and help me resolve the problem.
However I find in 'NORTON 360' History that the download has been blocked, and despite checking the 'Norton Help Manual' find that the suggested, go to Options in order to restore the download is not available. Just blocked. I trust MAGIX and that their email reply was genuine and in response to my request for help.
How can I over-ride this blocked download please?
