One section of my NIS tells me I need to renew my subscription. It won't update my protection status.
The OTHER part of my NIS tells me I have 123 days left on my subscription. (Which is right, because I renew in November!)
It won't let me just 'go' to a web page - it tells me EVERY page's certificate is expired (including Nortons). I have to mess around with EVERY page just to go anywhere on the web. I used my computer this morning (before 8 am) with no issues!
I don't know WHAT'S wrong. I have restarted my computer at least once.
It tells me my computer is at risk - and to CLICK 'fix it now' which I have done, but it won't fix it completely.
UGH. I am NOT computer saavy, so there is not a chance in hades that I will be able to fix this on my own.
