system blocking access to AOL email account even though web site on allowed list

Hi Steve_E,

 

Please make sure the categories of the website is not being blocked.  The site could be rated as multiple categories.  You mention the website is on the allowed list.  What exact URL that you have on the allowed list, and I will test it out.
