Hi everyone. Firefox, or something claiming to be, crashed my system last week and have had to start afresh after reformatting. Prob is i did not keep a record of my Norton 2011 download and am running on the courtesy prog that comes with this laptop. I wish to install my full prog again but who should i contact to receive a new download code ? So much automation these days when it was so much easier to actually TALK to someonevia email - but could just me getting old . Can someone point me in the right direction please ?
