Just after years of using Bullgurad (which was a fantastic tool), I found myself here in Norton area. However, could not download a software as error below. Asked for support, but customer service agent asked me for access for remote control, I refuse and ask for another option, and he over and over again, give me remotce acces, please... Is Norton such software, someone can access my computer to install?
Is it to possible to install by myslef? I am asking as I am tired of Day 1 with Norton.

I am not worrying about migration, I am worrying to TRUST a company, which customer service on chat tells me: we know how to fix it, but we won't tell you. Give us Remote Access and we'll fix it for you. When I said NO, I heard the same answer: give us Remote Access. After 5th time I hung up ...
But don't worry, BullGuard is still running, I have Premium Edition for 10 seats. And if I can't get it going without giving some strangers access to our computers, we still got some popular software in Europe - at leeeast with normal customer service.
Thank anyway for your help, its always better than Norton's customer support, we know what to do, but we wont tell you. Give us a romote access, and we will fix it. :/ what a strange company
