System Insight Gone? Question!

Hi, everybody, my name’s Gina. I currently am running NIS 2013, the latest version, on a Windows Vista machine. A few days ago, I encountered a problem with Internet Explorer and one too many tabs open–and the machine froze. I had to manually shut the computer down, and when I turned it back on, I noticed in Norton, my System Insight information had been completely erased. I checked my actual history, and while all of it is still documented, I’ve never encountered a weird problem like this before.

Other than that, Norton seems to be running fine…but to be honest, this hiccup is bugging me! As of the initial crash, System Insight has started to once again track my Quick Scans and Performance Alerts. The program acts like I had the computer off since late March, when I initially installed NIS.

Has anyone else has this issue before with NIS 2013? Is it a bug from Symantec’s side? I’m really leaning towards the side of caution and may reinstall, even though it takes me forever. Haha. Thanks in advance, Gina
