System reboots while creating restore point - Ghost 12

I'm new here and i'd like to say hi for the beginning.

I bought Ghost 12 and i have problem with it. This links reffers to identical problem such as mine :

 http://community.norton.com/norton/board/message?board.id=other&message.id=8262&query.id=444573#M8262

The only difference is that Symantec employee said that at fault is that the he tried to clone pata drive for sata drive. I think the employee is wrong. I have the same problem but with cloning sata drive - the same sata drive. I wanted to clone C partition to a D partition but i can't. I've been trying to clone C form Western Digital 640 GB - AAKS.

Now Ghost will not get past 5% of the creating restore point progress before the system reboots.  No error messages, just a freeze and reboot

As soon as Ghost tries to create restore point i have blue screen of death (bsod) , and computer reboots itself automatically. What is  more strange is that the automatic reboot during bsod is switched of in "my computer-properities-advanced-system restore" from right mouse click.

I tried to reinstall but it didnt help. What is more strange is that the Acronis 11 and 2009 demo works fine. I've been trying to clone C from Windows XP SP3 but no results so far. I tried something different also using Ghost 12  - i have also Windows Vista. I installed Ghost 12 on cleanVista installation and system doesent reboot itself , there is no bsod under clean installation of Vista. Problem occurs on Windows XP Home.

Could you help me?

Thanks.

Could you also fix that? (my second not valid account because of lack email confirmation is Firekage)
