System Slowed down considerably

Since re-installing Norton 360 my system (PC on Windows 11) has slowed up considerably when trying to load any web p[age, (including your own ) I run scans and there are no issues

VPN in Norton 360 is unusable, as when active, it can barely load a basic web page. When running Ookla Speed Test, it messages “Could not connect to the internet.” Spent an hour plus with Norton tech support; they got it to improve using the P2P setting, but that isn’t how the VPN is supposed to work. Finally uninstalled Norton 360 completely, as I don’t have time to deal with their incompetence, and the uninstall took almost 15 minutes to run. And this happened on two different Windows computers, so it’s pretty clear it isn’t the computer but the software that is causing the problem.
