Ran system scan and the result stated: System at Risk. So I ran the Fix Now Protection Updates which updated and ran all updates but still stated the status was Not Fixed. So I continued with the One Click Support Fix and it resulted in No Common Problems Found. My search for help has led me to this website where I am hoping I can get some information on how to fix this problem. If anyone can be of assistance I would be greatful.
