I have just installed Norton Internet Security 2011, and when prompted for my first update, the files downloaded and showed success, but when I click on 'Ok", my Norton still shows At Risk. Also, when I try to enable 1 click support, it times out and says 'We are unable to communicate with one of our servers. Would you like us to attempt to correct this problem by releasing and renewing your IP settings?'. I select yes, and nothing happens, it just times out again and again after resetting my net. I am running Windows XP and I think maybe I have an internet setting issue, but I'm not sure.
