System Tray Icon missing after all remedial options taken

Issue abstract:Norton Icon Missing

Detailed description:Having followed all the steps up to and including using the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool on a Windows 7 machine, the icon still remains absent.

Norton 360 Version 25.9.10453 (build 25.9.10453.953)

Windows 7 SP3

Just a long chance - Norton has not put the icon in the HIDDEN tray items? - had this happen before.

Click on upward facing arrow on the right hand end of taskbar, may be in there - if so should be able left click - hold & drag into main taskbar.

Regrettably, I’ve tried this previously without success, but appreciate the thought.

Open your start menu, right mouse click on the Norton icon and select pin to system tray.
