I know a lot of users have asked questions about various different System Tray Icons, and I have read many of the posts.
This is my issue:
I cannot find, anywhere... in the help files... in the forums... in the online help files... anywhere... a comprehensive and complete listing of all the icons and variations of icons that can be displayed.
This has me puzzled. One would think that a full list of the various System Tray Icons would be available at every help level.
Because the System Tray is the 'notification' for the product. It is imperative that users know how to instantly identify any issues, faults or steps needed to address these problems. How can we do this without a guide?
I realise now that the icon I have is the silent mode icon as discussed in many other thread., The issue for me is that I am 'NOT' in silent mode. I can right click the icon and deliberately go into silent mode - and the icon stays the same, I can then right click and 'exit' silent mode - but the same icon displays regardless.
Does anyone know if there 'is' a full list created by Norton?
