i am getting pretty fed up. have spent two solid days trying to install/uninstall/reinstall both 360 and family and am getting to the end of my tether! i THINK 360 is now installed, but when i attempt to get Family back on I am asked to uninstall and as part of that put in my email and password. then i get a message that one of them is wrong. it's not wrong, i know what both of them are and have tried multiple times, same problem.
