system works back-up folder cannot be used

I am using system works 2009 utilities version 22.0.0.52. I am using recovery disk that came with the package copywrite 2005. I can see my recovery point on my USB drive but when I try to use it the reply is that the recovery point cannot use the folder?

 

ideas?
