Systemworks 12 vs. Norton 360 vs. Norton Utilities 14? (Overlap & upgrade question)

I was wondering what the difference was between Systemworks 12 and Norton 360? Also, where does Norton Utilities 14 come in? There seems to be lot of overlap between these two/three products. I've been using Norton Utilities for Windows since 1997. I recently upgraded to Vista and Systemworks 2005 + Personal Firewall 2005 are not compatible with Vista. (Plus now I have to purchase a brand full new versions since there seems to be no upgrade path from 2005 versions)

Anyways, I am not that interested into the security or antivirus products although I wouldn't be opposed to having them. I'm mainly interested into utilities like WinDoctor, DiskDoctor, and Norton Defragmeter. I thought Norton Utilities 14 included those, but on the description page there is no mention of them and from the screenshots I can only see some vague information on tools that fix registry. (WinDoctor?). If fact, the only product that seems to mention WinDoctor or DiskDoctor specifically is the Systemworks suite. They are not included in Norton 360? If so, how does Norton 360 take care of disk and registry problems? Same question goes for Norton Utilities 14. No Win or Disk Doctor in NU 14 either?
