SysVer.exe - any reason to be afraid?

Hello all,

Recently, after either installing applications or visiting websites, some intrusion attempts were blocked by my Norton Internet Security.
However, a bit later on I found that my computer was running slower than usual and that a strange new .exe would load on startup - SysVer.exe. Furthermore, my computer reported that uilui.dll was missing and on subsequent startups would take a long time to load my taskbar (it would also flash blue before turning normal).
After some Googling all the results I got for SysVer.exe for it said it was either a threat or a trojan. However, neither Norton Internet Security or Malwarebytes Anti-Malware were able to detect it as a threat.

Having never seen SysVer.exe before I became immediately suspicious, so I ended the process, removed it from my startup applications, and searched my hard disk for its location (it was in the AppData/Temp files), deleted it and its folder there.
Its description in Task Manager was "RecSave", has anyone heard of this?

I also did a System Restore to about two weeks before, which messed up Norton (I had to reinstall and redownload Internet Security). After reinstalling Norton, I ran several Liveupdates, Quick Scans and 1 full scan, also completing a Full Scan with Malwarebytes Anti- Malware. I also successfully ran Norton Power Eraser twice with no threats detected.

Just two questions for you guys,

1. Has anyone heard of this strange app. before and is it harmful?

2. Were the measures I took enough to ensure that there is no threat left, or is there a chance there is something lurking around in my hard drive?

Thanks a lot in advance,
