I’ve spent over 4 hours today trying to get some basic information about my accounts from Norton. Finally I paid to get the answers I needed and that didnt happen with the rep I got.. We could barely understand eachother and there was a big language barrier. They need to cut a bit of the CEO’s millions and hire Americans. I getting really frustrated with Norton.
