There is information on the internet that led me to believe that possibly antivirus upgrades cannot keep up with the viruses that are poured onto the internet, which may cause Norton Internet Security to freeze the computer. Otherwise this would not have happened. What the virus does is unknown, apart from making NIS do this to me. So it could be a very smart way to attack Norton through its customers. Does anybody have similar experiences and could Norton staff assure us this could never happen?
