There are logical 'gaps' in the way Norton's settings have been categorized.
Under 'Task Scheduling' we see: Internet Explorer Temp Files, Windows Temp Files, IE History, Disk Optimization.
At the very bottom of 'Administrative Settings' we find: Firefox Temp File Cleanup, Firefox History Cleanup.
Why aren't these settings as well under 'Task Scheduling'? Furthermore, why isn't 'Backup run' under 'Task scheduling'?
I think all these options, plus additional tasks such as 'full system scan' and 'quick scan', belong to the task scheduling settings' window. Bellow I made a suggestion of how this can be applied.
Another idea is to use a modified version of the 'Background Tasks' window for the above purpose. Name it 'Norton Tasks' and display all tasks (from 'background' and 'task scheduling'), some of them with the option to pick up a time plan and others without (system tasks).
Thanks for your time!
