TCP/IP issue

When I try to receive my emails I get the TCP/IP connection was unexpectedly terminated by servers. I have my Windows Live Mail as IMAP and Spectrum is my provider. Then the mail freezes no pages come up and I lose my flagged emails. I'm using Windows 11 with all updates.

I changed my email client to eM Client so I'm not having the issues anymore I can receive and send emails with no problems
