Tech Support has outdone themselves this time!

I’m not sure where I should post this but I just wanted to say that I am really impressed with Symantec’s tech support for once. Not only did they solve my problem, they did it without hesitation and with professionalism that I haven’t seen in any online company for a very long time. You all deserve to take a bow and be recognized. You have made this customer a happy and contented one, and one who will spread the word. No, I’m not a fanboy by any means, but I was shocked at the level of service that I was given. And service is what sells the product as far as I am concerned. Thanks again for everything and you guys are stuck with me for another 806 days now, thanks to tech/renewal support. :smileywink:
