I’m still on hold (after 2.5 hours) waiting to speak to someone from tech support. Not only is it supremely aggravating but I have to endure that horrible music and an auto-voice coming on every 12 mins telling me to wait to speak to a Norton representative. This is torture. The worse tech support, so-called, I’ve ever encountered. Shame on Norton for their total disregard for customer service, not to say, welfare.
