Tech Support

Help, please. The nice folks at Norton worked on my computer for roughly five hours last night, and supposedly fixed the problem. Today, I can't get on my e-mail. I put in my priority number and got an appointment for them to call me tonight at 7 EST. At 8:30, after not hearing anything, I called them. The nice gentleman on the other end verified I paid my fee and hung up on me. I have now been on my 4 minute estimate hold time for 35 minutes.

 

Anybody got any ideas how to get the nice folks at tech support to do what they took my money to do?
