I think that like with so many things in life, it's about trying to maintain a healthy balance (easier said than done, lol!). Nowadays, you really do see tons of people with their eyes glued to the screens of their various devices. At the very least, it's asking for a crick in the neck ;-)

I find the pain a bit lower down. Having to dodge them in the halls and stay out of their way on the roads :smileysad:
