I need to remove a stupidly added version of Roxio(9) [Xp pro SP3]. It seems to need the temporary shutdown of my protection (Norton Internet Securty 2010) in order for bits of it to finally disappear. Can anyone tell me how to shut down and then restart Norton for this procedure, please? Many thanks, Martyn, Cambridgeshire, UK.
