Teredo Tunneling pseduo-Interface

In my Firewall - Network and Connections section I have the following.

Connected to a shared network 2012-10-30 23:43:20 (Status shared)

Connected to a protected network - 2012-10-30 23:43:20 (status protected)

"Protecting your connection to a newly detected network on adapter "TP Link Wireless N Adapter Ip Address xxxxxxxxxx" 2012-10-30 23:43:21 (status detected)

"Protecting your connection to a newly detected network on adapter Teredo Tunneling Pseudo Interface IP address xxxxxxxxx" 2012-10-30 23:43:21 (status detected)

"Protecting your connection to a newly detected network on adapter Teredo Tunneling Pseudo Interface IP address xxxxxxxxx" 2012-10-30 23:43:21 (status detected)

"Protecting your connection to a newly detected network on adapter "TP Link Wireless N Adapter Ip Address xxxxxxxxxx" 2012-10-30 23:43:21 (status detected)

The IP address in the first  TP Link Wirelesss N adapter (Is that the router IP?) is different than the last three which are all the same.

Are the Teredo Tunneling Pseudo Interface entries normal?

I've been reading about it online and am getting conflicting opinions.

If you know you won't need it, you can diasble the Microsoft IP Helper service. That is the service looking for IPv6 adresses, many times a day, whether it is useable on the system or not.

Thank you guys.

I'm a true Norton Noob, so bare with me on these questions.

I used to use McAfee which gave pretty much no information and coming to Norton which logs pretty much everything, it raises my eyebrows a little bit.

I just had a terrible experiance with the Smart HDD and Google redirect viruses and had a difficult time trying to rid my computer of them. I ended up just whiping the HDD and starting over re-installing the OS and everything else.

Now I'm just a little paranoid. :smileywink:

Plus when I checked the two other computers in the house, neither of them had this entry. Maybe the have the Helsper service turned off.
