TERRIBLE!!!!!!

I have been using Norton Internet Security since 2009 (roughly): I have ‘NO’ problems until the 2012 version. The amount of times one has been on Norton Live Chat “we are going to uninstall your current Norton product, then please use the Norton Removal Tool, run it 2-3 times with a reboot in between. Follow the link to install a fresh copy, this will fix the error problem(s) you are seeing” – yeah right, it fixes NOTHING! I am a little lost, a huge company like Symantec, or Norton for home users, they have tested the new patch 19.5 and are ready to release it, yet still loads of messages from people having problems, this never occurred with the 2011 version, why now? I am seriously thinking of leaving Norton, I know they probably will not care about one customer, but they really need to test their software before releasing it, and yes I know they have one of the longest beta tests.
