Wenn ich die neue Funktion ausführen möchte, werde
ich immer wieder zur Verkaufsseite weitergeleitet.
Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen bei diesem Problerm?
What product and version are you using? ie Deluxe, Standard. What version are you upgrading to?
If you made a payment for the trial version, (which you can get a refund if you did not want), and you wanted to upgrade to a higher version with more features, you are going to have to pay the difference in price. That would be why you are getting directed to the sales page so you can choose the version you want.
It would probably be easier to just contact Norton Support and ask them to help you with the upgrade process.
If using the chat function when you can enter information enter “Agent please” to get connected to a human.
