Thank you so much for the wealth of information I received by looking at this Community and I was able to retrieve my much missed Identity Safe Toolbar which disappeared when I updated my Norton Premier 360 program...I use IE9 with a 64 bit system and lost the much needed Toolbar with the update. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!! to the great folks who came up with the very simple solution that brought the Toolbar back in use.
