I by accident found out that my subscription is done tomorrow. I never received a notice to renew, and if they are using the card on my account I would have liked to have known the new price and if there are any other options. They did however have time to let me know this spring that my subscription was going up $5.99 a month with no information on why.

- Norton sends a notification email before each upcoming annual renewal (usually about 50-65 days ahead), so that you are not caught off-guard. This notification email provides important information, such as the price for the next annual term, and the subscription renewal and billing dates. This helps you to adjust your protection plan according to your needs.
Caveat: I do use automatic renewal
