I have just has a person give me a link on how to remove zeroaccess.
Users be careful
The instructions are somewhat stupid, dangerous and haha a standard user doing that. I have found a bunch of flaws in the instructions that don't match and so for instance the user following the instructions won't find what they are trying to find.

A log attached of a system where a user went on their own and used Combofix (advanced tool) now Windows won't boot.
The reply the user got, and not from me was
"Who told you to run ComboFix and what was the reason that led to it being run? "
